Pine Valley / Mt. Laguna

After returning from Kauai we lived for a while in a cabin up in Pine Valley, California.
Huge difference after coming from Kauai. We had to drive up a rutted dirt road to get to the cabin and we relied on propane and a fireplace for heat.

MuMu basically shined in this environment.

I used MuMu to pull huge oak logs down to the cabin so we could have firewood. Some of these logs I towed probably weighed close to 500 lbs.

We spent alot of time exploring the forest service trails and roads below Mt. Laguna There were so many trails to explore up there it was incredible!  I really learned to love this area of San Diego. Below you can see some random pictures from this period.

With chains MuMu was pretty much unstoppable
